The company Cravic, S.A. was born after the founders had started, some years before, their business in Reus through the society Construcciones Ramon Cubero, S.A., and with other partners they focused their profession of building to promote homes.

In 1975, the brothers Ramon and Vicente, with Ramon’s wife, Mª Dolores, constituted Cravic, so they inserted on its denomination the name of the two founders, and the sharing composition of the company started being 100% familiar.

Their first developments were subsidized homes in Reus, a very demanded type of home on that time. Further on, in the early eighties, they widened the supply with second residence homes in the coast, in Salou and Cambrils.

With the incorporation of the second generation of the family to the company’s management, the activity expanded to the management and development of residential and industrial ground. At the same time, the development of all the phases of construction were integrated on the company, what means that the building and promoting activity were incorporated to the technical department, which aim was to make the study and develop the project and its later monitoring during the executing phase.

Thanks to their trajectory, the company makes everything, from the plan (urban management, partial plan...), the urbanization works, building study (project, license, etc.) and project execution, to marketing and key giving to its clients.

As a consecuence of the activity’s perception in a long-term, the company is taking care of the customer’s service once he is enjoying his new home and if he needs professional support to solve different incidents.

In the last 10 years, from 1998 to 2008, Cravic has built 427 homes, a number that the company managers will continue making grow with the objective of offering to their clients more and more life quality to make homes better adapted to what citizens demand each moment.
